Gaijin Pan

I wandered down to Country Resort this morning to sample some delicious Gaijin pan! Julian has a passion for pan, and I can vouch for delicious bread, and a perfect Sunday morning. Breakfast was toasted assorted breads, fresh local marmalade, and honey and of course, coffee!

Gaijin Pan is only open on Sunday mornings from 8am and stays open until their bread is gone and the crowds wander home. Definitely worth morning walk!

  1. I was reading your post, wondering who the Niseko inhabitant is that makes bread, and paints Union Jacks on his displays. Totally shocked to see Julian grinning out at me from that photo!! (Even tho you did mention his name first). Contrary to all logic, the Niseko Airborne Wild Yeast sounds delicious. Good luck with Gaijin Pan Julian, and keep the interesting posts coming Azza.

  2. Hi Julian,

congratulations on your own bakery! The bread lookes delicious and I miss it. It so difficult to get good bread in Australia too. I love the photos!
Can’t wait to visit this place. (Hopefully soon)

    Many greetings
